Main Tasks

Main responsibilities of the ERP Application Support Technician:

Assist users daily in using software

  • Provide first-level support through mastery of software (ERP: finance, accounting, purchasing);
  • Receive, analyze, and formalize user requests (anomalies, change requests);
  • Ensure request tracking and manage associated reporting;
  • Complete and improve training materials and technical documentation.

Manage and follow up on user issues

  • Report software issues encountered by users to the ERP manager;
  • Analyze and escalate issues to the ERP manager that couldn’t be resolved (beyond first-level support). If necessary, contact the vendor, ensure follow-up on the implementation of fixes, and participate in testing as needed.

Animate user communities and implement a continuous improvement approach for each software

  • Propose and implement improvement solutions for functional or technical processes;
  • For various correction and evolution requests, coordinate with Business Referrals to ensure the coherence of implemented solutions;
  • Propose and disseminate best practices to reduce errors and improve the user experience;
  • Edit and track business indicators related to the software in place (performance, usage level, etc.).

Additional tasks may be assigned to you as needed.

Skills Required

The following skills are essential for the position:

  • Ability to provide first-level IT technical support;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Fluent level of English;
  • Proficiency with IT and digital tools.

  • Knowledge of Sage X3;
  • Ability to provide second-level IT technical support;
  • Analytical skills and open-mindedness;
  • Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration;
  • Demonstrated teaching skills;
  • Curiosity and a propensity for self-directed learning.

This position will not meet your expectations if you do not have an interest in providing technical IT support in English.
