As part of the development of the Audit and Consolidation team at QAIR INTERNATIONAL, we are looking for a Financial Controller to strengthen our team.
The position is based in Montpellier, with occasional national travel required.

Main Tasks
The International Financial Controller will have the following missions:
- Monitor and analyze the reporting and accounting of international subsidiaries on a quarterly basis;
- Track the performance of subsidiaries against the annual budget;
- Validate financial statements in local standards and/or IFRS;
- Participate in the annual budgeting process of the group’s various subsidiaries, both in France and internationally;
- Ensure the proper application of group procedures in subsidiaries (accounting, analytical methods);
- Analyze local accounting specifics and rules to ensure compliance with group policy;
- Provide daily support in structuring the finance department of subsidiaries.
- Participate in the implementation of analysis tools and the deployment of reporting tools within the group (ongoing process overhaul).
Skills Required
The following skills are essential for the position:
- Holder of a higher education degree in Management and/or Finance, with at least three years of experience in management control, audit firm, or financial control.
- You have a strong interest in rapidly developing business environments and possess good adaptability (comfortable in a heterogeneous data environment).
- You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and organization. You have good analytical and interpersonal skills and a team spirit.
- You are fluent in English.
- Proficiency in computer tools is necessary (Excel, knowledge of BI tools would be appreciated).
- Experience in an international environment would be appreciated.
- International travel is to be expected (approximately once per quarter).
