Main Tasks

Working for Qair’s Group Communications department, you will support the teams and participate to all communications projects:

-Support the various departments and subsidiaries (press, events, digital, social networks).

-Participate to the deployment of Qair’s identity (corporate brand, employer brand) both externally and internally;

-Support internal communications (in France and in coordination with international teams).

Specifically, you will be responsible for and/or assist with:

-Writing and/or supervising the writing of communication materials.

-Press relations management (contacting journalists, creating international and regional listings, scorings).

-Events: occasional support at exhibitions and inaugurations.

-Updating the Group’s reference media: social networks (LinkedIn), website, intranet, newsletter, presentations, etc.

-Desiging ways to optimize brand activation plans.

-Drawing up and making available audience analysis reports and press reviews.

Skills Required

  • Student at a communications school or university equivalent
  • Fluent French and English (daily exchanges and writing in both languages)
