Objectives of the Sapin 2 Law and Qair Group’s Initiatives
To align with the Sapin 2 Law, Qair Group has undertaken the following actions:
- Risk Mapping
We have conducted a comprehensive analysis to identify and prioritize areas sensitive to corruption risks across the Group. This risk mapping forms the basis for tailoring our internal procedures to mitigate these risks effectively. - Whistleblowing Policy
We have established a secure whistleblowing mechanism that allows confidential and anonymous reporting by both employees and external stakeholders. This system fully complies with the European Directive of October 23, 2019, on whistleblower protection. - Code of Conduct
A detailed Code of Conduct has been developed and disseminated across the organization. This document outlines prohibited behaviors, such as acts of corruption or influence peddling, and provides clear guidelines on ethical practices, including rules on gifts, invitations, donations, and sponsorships. - Employee Training
Our employees participate in training programs to enhance their awareness of corruption risks and foster a culture of integrity within the organization. - Rigorous Partner Evaluation
We assess the integrity of our business partners using a systematic evaluation process based on our risk mapping. - Internal Control Systems
We are committed to continuously strengthening our internal control mechanisms to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and transparency of our financial operations. - Disciplinary Measures
Any breach of the Code of Conduct is met with appropriate disciplinary action. - Ongoing Evaluation
Regular audits are conducted to assess the effectiveness of our measures, enabling us to refine and enhance our compliance strategies as needed.
