The position is part of the Finance team, responsible for treasury, consolidation, and performance monitoring of international subsidiaries. The organization relies on regular exchanges with subsidiaries and reporting to Management and shareholders. Collaboration with local and operational teams, Management, and banking partners is essential to ensure rigorous and effective financial management.
The position is based in Montpellier. Occasional international travel is required.

Main Tasks
Treasury Management:
- Manage the daily treasury of the Group’s French holding companies: reconciliations, disbursements, intra-group transfers, foreign exchange transactions, investments;
- Anticipate cash flows and monitor the short- and medium-term treasury budget in coordination with Management and the Controlling department;
- Manage relationships with subsidiaries regarding their budgetary needs;
- Optimize the financial costs of the treasury department;
- Deploy and enhance information systems and tools dedicated to treasury in France and internationally (Agicap).
Reporting:
- Produce treasury forecasts for Management and Shareholders;
- Ensure the completeness of financing and guarantee data within the Group’s tools, in coordination with international teams;
- Prepare debt and guarantee monitoring reports for Management, banking partners, and statutory auditors.
Financing & Guarantees:
- Carry out the drawdown of financing already secured and implement post-closing contractual obligations (fund disbursement, reporting, ratio preparation);
- Monitor the holding company’s bank guarantees;
- Provide support to international teams on financing and guarantee matters.
These responsibilities may evolve; additional tasks may be assigned to you based on the Group’s development and your skills.
Skills Required
The following skills are essential for the role:
- Proficiency in treasury management and/or project financing, from structuring through to debt repayment monitoring;
- Fluent professional English and French, both written and spoken;
- Strong critical thinking, able to analyze and challenge financial data;
- Excellent command of Excel (financial modelling, data consolidation).
The following skills may help you stand out among applicants:
- Knowledge of a treasury management tool such as Agicap or equivalent;
- Experience in renewable energy, real estate, banking, or audit sectors;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders (Management, subsidiaries, banking partners, statutory auditors);
- Autonomy, proactivity, and enthusiasm for fast-evolving environments;
- Intellectual curiosity and an appetite for versatility within a multi-technology renewable energy group with an international footprint.
This role may not be suitable for you if you prefer a single-entity scope with no international dimension, or if you are not comfortable with a scope that regularly evolves.
Benefits
- Annual gross fixed salary: €46,000 – €54,000;
- 10% annual performance bonus;
- Profit-sharing bonus;

- Annual day-based working arrangement (Cadre forfait jours) which grants entitlement to 10 additional rest days (RTT) in 2027.
