The role sits within the IT team and focuses on ensuring the performance, security, and evolution of network and security infrastructures. Core responsibilities cover the deployment, administration, and maintenance of network and security equipment (including firewalls, VPN, MFA solutions, switches, Wi-Fi infrastructures) as well as routing operations, notably BGP.
In a context of increasingly stringent cybersecurity requirements, particularly NIS2, the position contributes to implementing security best practices, tracking vulnerabilities, updating technical documentation, and preserving relevant elements in the event of an incident or internal audit. The role also encompasses incident management, service continuity, support for international teams, and continuous infrastructure improvement.
The position is based in Montpellier. Travel is expected, averaging one trip within Europe every two months and two trips within France per month.

Main Tasks
Network & Security:
- Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Fortinet firewalls, VPN, BGP, and MFA;
- Participation in the implementation of cybersecurity best practices;
- Updating network documentation and diagrams for equipment, VPN, interconnections, and main network flows;
- Operational maintenance of production systems presenting potential vulnerabilities and escalating associated risks;
- Applying secure configuration standards defined by the CIO/CISO for firewalls, VPN, switches, Wi-Fi, and administration access;
- Applying escalation procedures in the event of a major incident, critical unavailability, suspected compromise, or international impact;
- Participating in post-incident reviews and implementing corrective actions.
Vulnerability Management and Security Maintenance:
- Participating in vulnerability monitoring affecting network and security equipment: Fortinet, Alcatel, Aruba, Ruckus, Ubiquiti, VPN, firmwares, and associated components;
- Participating in the qualification, prioritisation, and planning of security patches;
- Participating in remediation campaigns and producing associated tracking documents.
Network Infrastructure:
- Administration of Alcatel, Fortiswitch, Aruba, and Ubiquiti switches;
- Deployment and maintenance of Ruckus Wi-Fi access points;
- Contributing to the evolution of network infrastructures across the Group’s various sites.
Supplier and Vendor Security:
- Participating in the technical supervision of supplier, integrator, and IT service provider interventions;
- Ensuring the use of named accounts, temporary, traceable, and validated access for service providers;
- Documenting technical access and interventions by service providers within their scope.
Support and Assistance:
- Resolving infrastructure incident tickets;
- Ad hoc user support;
- Managing the provision and return of IT tools to company users;
- Participating in international support in coordination with local teams;
- Writing procedures and user guides.

Skills Required
The following skills are essential for the role:
- Strong command of network and security administration: firewalls, VPN, switches, and Wi-Fi infrastructures;
- Proficiency in Fortinet solutions (FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiVPN) and their secure configuration;
- Knowledge of routing, particularly BGP, and network interconnection architectures;
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and vulnerability management processes (qualification, prioritisation, remediation);
- Fluent French and English for coordination with international teams and service providers;
- Rigour, organisational skills, and team spirit in a service continuity context.
The following skills may help you stand out among applicants:
- Knowledge of Alcatel, Aruba, Ruckus, or Ubiquiti equipment;
- Experience in the technical supervision of supplier and IT integrator interventions;
- Familiarity with NIS2 requirements or equivalent cybersecurity frameworks;
- Experience in international technical support and multi-site coordination;
- Ability to maintain and update technical documentation (network diagrams, flows, VPN, interconnections);
- Ability to handle routine incidents autonomously, escalate complex situations, and contribute to post-incident reviews.
This role may not be suitable for you if you prefer a purely project-based scope with no day-to-day operational dimension, or if you are not comfortable managing incidents in an international environment with a high degree of autonomy.

- Annual gross fixed salary: €37,000 – €40,000;
- Annual performance bonus of 10% based on personal objectives;
