O&M Technical Coordinator M/F – Montpellier
Montpellier, France ● Permanent Contract ● Operations and maintenance
At Qair, we have chosen a flexible organization that promotes versatility among our employees and allows the company to constantly adapt to market needs.
Our corporate culture is inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit that has driven Qair since its inception. Far from traditional hierarchical management, we encourage initiative and autonomy, fostering an environment conducive to innovation and creativity.
We are an independent renewable energy company. Our 800 employees operate and build over 1.7 GW of assets in the 20 countries where we are present and are developing a pipeline of more than 35 GW.
Our culture, based on trust and mutual respect, allows our employees to thrive professionally and actively contribute to the company's success. By unleashing the potential of each individual, we boost collective performance and equip ourselves to meet the challenges of a constantly evolving market.
You will join Qair Group's Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team, working directly with the O&M Manager as well as with O&M teams across the various countries. The scope covers Qair's entire international photovoltaic fleet, with a growing dimension on energy storage (BESS) and occasional involvement in wind assets. You will work cross-functionally with development, finance, construction, QHSE, and country management teams, as well as with O&M suppliers and subcontractors.
As an O&M Technical Coordinator, you will ensure the technical coordination of O&M activities: selecting and managing maintenance service providers for PV plants that may integrate BESS, handling occasional wind-related topics, providing on-site technical support, and assisting Asset Managers, working closely with country teams and the Contract Manager.
The position is based in Montpellier, with occasional international travel required.
You are looking for a stimulating and empowering challenge, where innovation is rewarded? Join us and unleash your potential!
