In Brazil, Qair is based in Fortaleza, in the heart of the Nordeste region, one of the regions with the greatest potential for the development of renewable energy. Formerly Braselco Serviços, the company relies on the know-how of a pioneering team in renewable energy in Brazil, with more than 20 years of experience in the sector. More than 600MW, secured through tenders and contracts with Brazilian industrialists are currently under construction or financing. The first commissioning is expected in June 2020 and Qair can finally rely on a development portfolio of more than 2GW.

Burkina Faso
Qair is currently developing and building, with the support of local reference players, two solar projects for a total of 42 MW. These projects will be the first stone of an ambitious solar energy development project in Burkina Faso, in which Qair intends to be a major player.

In Germany, Qair Deutschland is headquartered in Munich and recently opened an office in Leipzig. Founded in 2022, Qair acquired the project development business and the team from Green City AG. As earlier pioneers in the Renewable Market the German team has extensive national and international experience in the renewable sector, especially in wind and solar. While the majority of projects begin by securing land directly through Qair Deutschland, we also evaluate opportunities to acquire early stage development projects. Qair Deutschland is developing projects to hold and operate them long term, our team of about 90 people work along the entire value chain of a renewable plant.

Greece
Qair has ambitious objectives for Greece, given the country’s attractive solar and wind potential, as well as the Greek stable regulatory framework. A local office has been set up in Athens since 2021 and a rapidly developing portfolio of Projects is in progress. Qair has more than 500MW under development, of which a 250MW project named as ‘’Strategic Investment’’ from the Greek Government which benefit from a fast-track licensing procedure. The Company is looking to expand more not only in traditional RES Projects but also in Wind Offshore, Hydrogen and Battery Storage.

Iberian Peninsula
In the Iberian Peninsula, Qair has established its headquarters in Madrid, a city that is well connected to the rest of Spain and Portugal. Iceland
Present in Iceland since 2017, we are the largest wind power plant developer in the country with a pipeline of over 780MW. We thus aim at helping the country to reach its full wind power potential and to diversify its renewable supply, currently based on geothermal and hydroelectricity. In addition, Qair has become the largest shareholder of Arctic Hydro, one of Iceland’s developer of hydroelectricity. This position will enable us to offer products and services that are adapted to the consumption of major private industrial groups in Iceland. We are also active in energy trading in the country.

Qair is established in Italy since 2019 starting developing greenfield projects . Mauritius
Since our first steps on the island in 2008, with the help of our local partners, Qair has remained a pioneer in the development and operation of solar and wind power plants. We operate a 9.3 MW wind farm (Plaine des Roches), the first wind farm in the country, and two solar farms with a combined capacity of 25.3 MW.

Romania
In the country since the beginning of 2020, Qair has notably taken over wind assets, to be built in 2021 and 2022 for an overall capacity of 110 MW. We have been present in Tunisia since 2015, where we are developing wind and solar projects.
