SERRA DO MATO WIND

The Serra Do Mato wind farm was commissioned in 2021, and totals 121.8 MW of installed capaity. In 2023, the 125 MW Serra Do Mato Solar farm was added, transforming the site into a hybrid power plant that optimizes both wind and solar generation. By combining these two complementary energy sources, the plant enhances reliability, ensures a more balanced power supply throughout the day and night, and contributes to a more resilient and sustainable energy system.
