Queen Victoria & Anahita – Mauritius
These two solar parks of 15 and 10.3 MW respectively were commissioned at the end of 2018. The energy is sold to the Central Electricity Board (CEB), which distributes it for 20 years. These ambitious projects benefit from very good sunshine and are in line with the island’s sustainable development strategy.
Anahita’s 10.3 MW farm is the result of a partnership between Qair and the Alteo Group, a leading Mauritian player with a long experience in the production of thermal energy (based on bagasse) and with a land base in sunny regions, conducive to the development of photovoltaic projects.
