Qair announces agreement to sell its stake in Primeo Energie France to Crédit Agricole Transitions & Energies

Welcoming the emergence of a new leader in electricity supply and aggregation

Paris, July 30, 2026 – Qair, alongside Crédit Agricole Transitions & Energies and Primeo Energie Group, today announced the signing of an agreement to divest its entire 35% stake in Primeo Energie France. The transaction also includes the transfer of an additional 15% stake held by Primeo Energie Schweiz AG to Crédit Agricole Transitions & Energies.

A new chapter for Qair and Primeo Energie France

Qair is proud to have supported the growth of Primeo Energie France since its inception, establishing it as a leading player in electricity supply and renewable energy aggregation. The divestment of its stake will be accompanied by a strengthened partnership in energy aggregation, enabling Qair to fully leverage Primeo Energie France’s expanded scale.

Qair remains committed to developing sustainable and optimized solutions for electricity commercialization. This strategy relies on both long-standing partnerships, as exemplified by this transaction, and the development of in-house solutions, such as the dedicated platform it recently launched in Poland.

“This transaction marks a significant milestone for Primeo Energie France. Qair is pleased to have contributed to the company's success and to have supported its development over the years, alongside its CEO Benoît Doin. The rise of a new industry leader, backed by two historical partners, allows Qair to forge a lasting collaboration in renewable energy aggregation and to capitalize on Primeo Energie France’s enhanced capabilities”
