Paris & Wroclaw, 30 September 2026 – Renewable energy company Qair announces the signature of a 15-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Play, operator of the iliad Group in Poland. Under this agreement, Play is supporting the deployment of additional renewable projects and will consume approximately 35 GWh of green energy annually, generated by a wind farm and a photovoltaic installation developed by Qair in the country.
A bespoke and long-term energy security
Through rapidly deployable energy projects and a tailored structure, Qair will enable Play to secure its long-term energy future. This collaboration aligns with Qair’s strategy to expand renewable energy capacity and reinforces its role as a trusted partner for industries seeking stable, competitive, and flexible energy solutions.
With over 300 MW of renewable energy and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects currently under construction, the Group is on track to achieve 3 GW of operational capacity globally by 2027, and 1 GW in Poland by 2028. This growth is further supported by Qair’s expertise in bespoke Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), allowing the company to effectively address the evolving needs of its industrial partners.
